Blueberry - buruuberii no do ame

Hello, Foodies. :) In Poland there is no snowy Christmas this year it looks like. I feel like it's autumn rather than winter. But it doesn't matter - Christmas is a happy period to chill out and spend some time with family where I don't worry about studies and learning, And it makes me happy right now.

Today I have for you the taste of summer... blueberry candies! I bought them relatively cheaply on a anime convention some time ago.

Non-sugar buruuberii no do ame  (ノンシュガーブルーベリー のど飴) means non-sugar blueberry flavored throat lozenges. So we have here rich-vitaminised candies which can also prevent cough and sore throat. They're very rich in vitamin A which helps with damaged skin. We can read on packaging that these candies are also スッキリ (sukkiri) which means refreshing.

Packaging is very average for me. I don't really like the spotted and metalic pattern, it's too messy for me. I love single packagings, but it's all what's well made in this case.

Low price for a lot of candies - that's a big advantage for me. Maybe fruity hard candies didn't surprise me, but they were good. As most of Japanese candies, they taste precisely as they should. You can feel intense blueberry flavour, so if you like these sweet berries you'll love these candies for sure.

But I'm not a really big fan of hard candies. And what's more my main goal in trying Japanese sweets is to find something new and unusual and I didn't find it here. So... well, buruuberii no do ame were pleasant, but nothing more.
